"Life is Movement"-Andrew Taylor STILL
Health is the perfect adaptation of the organism to its environment. Osteopathy consists of an overall understanding of the patient, to prevent, diagnose and manually treat the mobility restrictions of the tissues of the human body likely to alter the state of health. It is the human medicine of care: we treat the human and not a disease because we seek to propose to the patient to self-regulate. This preventive therapy is based on a so-called "systemic" approach which takes into account the interdependencies of the various elements and systems of the human body (anatomical, physiological), but also environmental factors.
Osteopathy and the great human body systems
Osteopathy, failing to heal, Can have a role in complementary and palliative care In order to temporarily relieve the patient of his joint and or muscular pains and bring him a better life comfort.
